Thomas Niggles is the founder of Vinland Development, a veteran-owned and operated construction company built on integrity, craftsmanship, and service. After proudly serving in the U.S. Navy, Thomas founded Vinland Development with the same commitment to discipline, quality, and attention to detail that defined his military career.
Thomas’s passion for construction began at just 16 years old, when he first started working in the industry. Since then, he has spent years developing his expertise across residential construction, earning a reputation for delivering quality workmanship and treating every project as if it were his own home.
Today, Thomas leads Vinland Development with a hands-on approach, combining decades of experience with a dedication to honest communication, lasting relationships, and exceptional results for every client.
